Warranty
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that NIEDNER has always offered and
will continue to offer a one (1) year warranty as per the following published policy.
NIEDNER warrants its hose to be free of all defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, subject to the following:

The hose shall be used only for the purpose for which it is intended and shall
be protected from undue exposure to heat, light, chemicals, moisture and
abrasion.

NIEDNER’s liabilities under this warranty shall be limited to a pro-rata
replacement, or repair of any hose which, upon its return and examination,
NIEDNER deems to have a manufacturing defect. (See
our RGO POLICY 2005).

NIEDNER shall have no responsibility for the integrity of hose and coupling
assemblies supplied by others.

The buyer shall give notice of any claim under this warranty and further use of
the hose shall be at the buyer’s own risk.

NIEDNER shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting
from the installation or use of said hose.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied,
statutory or otherwise.
