Aluminum Heavy Duty Expansion Ring Couplings
Hard coat is a hard, dense coating formed by converting the surface of the aluminum alloy into a hard aluminum oxide. The coating resists abrasion and corrosion. This is the standard grey finish on all extruded lightweight couplings. Our Aluminum couplings are available with powder coated colored finished and/or with bar code notch for tracking purposes. Available in same colors as our hose and more.

Cam & Groove E/R Couplings
Made of extruded aluminum alloy with hardcoat anodized finish. These fittings are attached directly to the hose, eliminating the old two-piece configuration. Handles and pins are stainless steel.

Cast Brass Heavy Duty Couplings
Made from 85/15 cast red brass, one grade, conforming to Specification WWC-621-G, Type A, Styles 1 and 2; and WWC-624-E, Type III, Styles 7 and 8. Two rocker lugs on male and swivel. Pin lugs available on specific items.

Field Repairable Aluminum Couplings
These couplings are used on our ¾” and 1” (19 et 25 mm) REELTEX® and 1” (25 mm) HOTSTOP®. These couplings are break apart and requires only an Allen wrench to assemble or disassemble.
